Todd (the owner) showed up with his helper to clean the carpets. They were so nice that I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I went shopping. While out shopping, he sent me a text of the progress…which was amazing I might add. There was a nice clean white stripe in my hallway!! When I got home, the carpet looked great. Their machine was a better machine than other companies used in the past because they were able to suck most of the water out of the carpet..which meant a shorter drying time on our carpet. We were quite pleased with the entire job. Very efficient, great customer service, and a great value. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
